No-Bake Chocolate Chip Energy Balls
I try to always have a stash of these no-bake chocolate chip peanut butter energy bites in my refrigerator, because they are a great “pick-me-up” when my energy levels get low. My toddler loves them as a snack, too! You can choose any nut butter you like to replace the peanut butter. These little bites are packed with energy-boosting ingredients, like oats, honey, chocolate and peanut butter. I add flax seeds and hemp seeds for extra healthy fats and protein. They are a great snack before your workout since they aren’t too filling, but give you a nice energy boost!
My favorite thing about these no-bake peanut butter balls is how quick and easy they are to make. I can literally throw these together in under 15 minutes. Play around with the consistency by adding more or less peanut butter and honey.
