Healthy, sticky, delicious date caramel (vegan + g Healthy, sticky, delicious date caramel (vegan + gluten free) - made in my Thermomix 💚 Dip it in chocolate, top overnight oats, stuff it in brownies, or eat it by itself 🤭 Ingredients: 18 dates, pitted 1/4 cup boiling water 2 tbsp almond butter (optional) Use a blender (I use my Thermomix TM6) to chop the dates to small pieces (pulse a few times), then scrape down and add almond butter. Blend on high speed while adding the hot water. You'll need to scrape and blend a few times until you get a creamy texture. More chocolate eggs! This time we made date carame More chocolate eggs! This time we made date caramel chocolate eggs. I think I like them better than the traditional peanut butter eggs!! Date Caramel: 8 dates, pitted 2 tbsp hot water 2 tbsp almond butter Blend it up into a paste in the Thermomix, scraping with a spatula and repeating. It should be a caramel texture in the end. Melt chocolate chips and spread into a silicone egg mold, then fill with a scoop of date caramel and cover with chocolate. I make large batches with my Thermomix since it melts the chocolate perfectly. All you need is these ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter 4 tbsp coconut flour (firms it up and adds texture) 2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust for sweetness) Chocolate chips and some egg silicone molds!
