Triple Nut Butter
I never buy nut butters at the store anymore, because I love watching raw nuts go into my Thermomix® and come out a creamy spread that I can use on breads, in my oatmeal or in various recipes. It takes less than 5 minutes to make a fresh jar, and lasts in the refrigerator a month. My favorite nuts to use include cashews, almonds and walnuts. I add a pinch of salt too (it is nice to control the sodium content).
What is your favorite nut butter?
